The manager is responsible for this problem. How ever a tent is a very costly item, well into the thousands, in most situation and the best thing that can be done. Most likely the manager will not spend the money to do that. I would say that you will have roaches until he has a commercial company come in and take care of the situation. My biggest thought is to find out who the pig is in your complex and have them clean up there act. Also get yourself a few bombs and follow the directions carefully and you will chase out the roaches for a while anyway.

I certainly wouldn't rent anything I couldn't see first. One good tip for renters: On move in day, take pictures of everything before you move any in. After you move in, take pictures again. Before you vacate (all personal items out), take pictures again. This may help secure return of your deposit, unless you've done damage.

It's usually the managers from the previous year's World Series, but that won't be the case in 2010. Joe Girardi will be the manager for the American League. Charlie Manuel will not be the manager of the National League. The National League manager will come from the team with the best record in the NL, unless that team is the Philadelphia Phillies. In that case, the National League manager will come from the team with the second best record in the NL. This is because Charlie Manuel managed last year's All Star Game and MLB rules prohibit someone from managing in 2 consecutive All Star Games.

Find a mentor who can teach you what you need to know or take some classes. If you know anyone who has successful business skills or great people skills, ask questions and observe. A manager should be fairly competent in many aspects of the overall business and employees' jobs. However, that doesn't mean a manager has to be great at every position within the business. Ideally each employee should be efficient at his or her job. It shouldn't be the manager's duty to pick up the slack since the manager has his or her own duties. If you're a leader, then lead. You can learn skills you're weak in, but they'll probably never be your strengths. Keep striving for improvement. You can always assign certain tasks to people who seem to have strength in those areas. Best wishes. :o)
